Property Check provides an independent inspection and
report that is compliant with the new ‘New Zealand
Standard NZS4306’ (part 1). This standard is the new
standard for inspections of buildings.
Maintenance Scheduling and Management
Maintenance scheduling consists of formulating a
prioritised time framed proposal of remedial works with
an itemised list of repairs, remedies and estimated
costing. The level of detail is targeted to suit the
clients requirements, thus increasing the accuracy of
budgeting and allocation of resources, leading to
significant cost savings. - Preventative Maintenance
will ensure decreasing levels of large scale capital
expenditure on maintenance.
IQP Inspection
Commercial Building Warrant of Fitness for fire safety
systems, (including Means of Escape) and all aspects of
fire regulations related to the Building Act
Non Complying Items
Reports provided for Territorial Authority to enable
details of construction or installation to be registered
on the Land Information file.
Schedule of defects
Technical data involving defects and non-compliance of
Territorial Authority regulations during and after
construction, and providing alternative remedial
