independently owned and operated real estate company
which prides itself on the quality, integrity and
experience of its staff and jealously preserves its
professional, friendly service.
The company originated on 1986 and its three Directors,
Tom Glass, Brent Miles and Graeme Kerr, have over 60
years' experience in the Christchurch real estate
market. They are all actively involved in full time real
estate sales, and Brent Miles is a Registered Public
Valuer too. Bruce Binnie is a shareholder in the company
and specialises in residential development and estate
sales.
The company has a total of 13 salespeople, including
Directors, with an average of 16 years' experience (over
200 years between them). They sell all categories of
real estate - including residential homes, investments,
sections, prestige homes, farms, farmlets and commercial
and business sales. The company places great importance
on selecting the most appropriate selling method,
whether it be exclusive listing, tender or auction, to
achieve the best outcome for its clients.
A modern, well-equipped office provides up to the minute
technology - including its own website, computer
network, paging system and 24 hours telephone service -
and the office manager joined the company in 1991.
The company is a member of the Canterbury Realty Network
which consists of 12 independetly owned local real
estate agencies who collectively provide services in all
areas of real estate.
